Receive your personal return label by email
Would you like to return your STILORD item? No problem! Request your personal return label here. Of course, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You can find detailed information about the right of withdrawal here.
It’s that easy:
Step 1
Request return label
Enter your 14-digit order number (Order ID) and the postcode of the delivery address, then click Request label.
Step 2
Prepare your return shipment
Simply download the QR code label to your phone or print it out and attach it to the parcel. Important: place the invoice or delivery note inside the parcel.
Step 3
Send
Drop it off at a parcel shop. Done! You will receive a return confirmation by email as soon as it has been processed by us.
